Exchanges Policy
Due to the limited number of all merchandise we make per design, we do not offer refunds. We will accept exchanges within a 15 day window or issue an in-store credit. Specifics below.
"SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL PURCHASE"
If a product does not fit, you have 15 days to email toxicblondeapparel@gmail.com for return information and then you must ship it back for an exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds of any kind. Each item must be in new and sellable condition. If our product is defective please email for return information.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING: Please notate in the email communication with us what is the issue and what we will be exchanging the item for or to whom we will be issuing a store credit to. Include the information we give you through email in your return package.Once we receive the item(s) in question, your order will be processed immediately.
